 About Us
fourTWELVE, Rockland's newest contemporary women's clothing and accessories store, opened at 412 Main Street in May of 2007.
The store is the life-long dream of Beth Bowley, a Maine native and New York fashion designer. Bowley graduated from the renowned Parsons School of Design, went on to work with designer Perry Ellis, and in 1998 she launched her own line of clothing. Her collection has been featured in the pages of Lucky, Elle and In Style, and has been sold in Barneys, Nordstrom and Anthropologie. In response to the shortage of shopping options for hip, fashionable women in the midcoast area, Bowley has teamed up with her friends: former Anthropologie Buyer Sandy Crow and the stylish Jin Lawrence to open fourTWELVE.
The boutique carries selected "must-have" items from Beth Bowley, Calypso, Sanctuary, Saja, IKKS, and Marika Charles as well as lightweight denim and fine buttery cords from AG and yummy cashmeres from Minnie Rose. Vintage-inspired bags from Kim White, and exquisite handmade jewelry from Melissa Joy Manning round out fourTWELVE's chic accessory selection. The collection is updated weekly and the gals love a reason to get together and have fun check the calendar for upcoming events.
fourTWELVE is quickly developing a loyal following and can help you with any event or fashion emergency you may have. Our goal is to always have a selection of timeless and must-have options in a relaxed, elegant, and easy-to-shop atmosphere.
