Shipping 

Orders for in-stock merchandise, and without questions, will be confirmed and shipped within 2 business days.  We will contact you by email or phone if there is a question about your order before processing your payment.  Orders will be shipped on regular business days, (Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, EST), excluding holidays.

Once your payment is authorized, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with the tracking number for your shipment. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your fourTWELVE online purchase, you may send it back for a full refund (within 7 days after receipt), or an exchange or store credit (within 14 days of receipt). All merchandise returned must be in it's original sale condition, with tags intact. 

Sale merchandise and jewelry purchases are Final Sale - no exchanges or returns will be accepted. 

We do not refund or credit original or return shipping costs. 

In case merchandise is not available for exchange, store credit will be issued. 

Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original ship date and must be sent postage-paid.  We recommend returns be sent by a traceable carrier and be fully insured.  We are not responsible for missing packages. 

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the merchandise is received, actual time for returns to show on your credit card may vary by bank.  You will receive a confirmation and return receipt by email when your exchanges/refund is processed. 

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
